SCHOLARSHIP

Vietnam Veterans of Ventura County offers the Jimmy Ray scholarship for continuing education. The Scholarship is named after S/SGT James M. Ray, an American soldier still officially considered a Prisoner of War (POW). The 2011 winners are pictured below holding their award certificates.
